Leather Seat Standard: We have incorporated high-quality vegan leather seating across our fleet since 2018, demonstrating our long-term commitment to passenger comfort and a premium travel environment.
Unified Appearance: Our vehicles boast a unified exterior design, presenting a professional and premium image that reflects the quality of your brand.
Symbolic Fleet: Our core fleet features license plates unified with the number "168". This number is widely regarded as a symbol of "Prosperity and Smooth Success" across Asia. We link this symbolism to Iroha—Japan’s classic poem conveying the eternal truth of consistency and perfection.

Our company operates under the provisions of the Standard Passenger Automobile Transport Contract for General Chartered Passenger Automobile Transportation Business.

General Information & Services

■ Item Loading Service

We offer the service of loading the following items onto the bus upon the customer's request. All prices listed include consumption tax.
Since arrangements for services require processing time, please be sure to contact us at least one week prior to your scheduled boarding date to request any of the services below.

■ Handling of Lost Items

Lost and Found

  • Perishables and Food Items: For sanitary reasons, these items will be disposed of if 24 hours have passed since discovery.
  • Unclaimed Items (Excluding Valuables): Other lost items, excluding money, securities, and items containing personal information, for which we receive no inquiry from the owner, will be processed appropriately in accordance with Japan's Lost Property Act.
  • Money, Securities, and Items Containing Personal Information: Regardless of whether ownership is abandoned, money, securities, and items containing personal information will be stored at our office for a maximum of 7 days as stipulated by the Lost Property Act, after which they will be reported to the nearest police stations.

Retrieving Lost Items

  • Principle: As a general rule, we ask that you come to our Bus Depot where the lost item is stored to pick it up.
  • Abandoning Ownership: If you wish to abandon ownership when contacting us, please inform us of your intention. Excluding money, securities, and items containing personal information, we will dispose of the item.

Shipping Lost Items

We can arrange to send lost items upon request, but please agree to the following conditions:

  • Shipping Destination: Shipments are limited to destinations within Japan. We do not handle international shipping.
  • Shipping Fee:
    〇Small items: ¥3,000 (consumption tax included)
    〇Large items: ¥6,000 (consumption tax included)
  • Payment: Shipping procedures will commence after payment confirmation.
  • Payment Methods: You may choose either bank transfer or cash payment.

Published Fare is the government-regulated pricing standard for Japanese charter buses. It ensures transparent and stable rates that reflect necessary safety and operational costs, guaranteeing reliability for your tour budgeting.
